I bring a strong agricultural background and a genuine passion for land and rural living to my role as a Sales Associate with Turnkey Services Realty. My experience includes farm management, crop insurance, seed sales, and hands-on involvement in my family’s row crop and cattle operation, giving me a practical understanding of what matters most to buyers and sellers of farms, acreages, and rural property.

I grew up south of Avoca, Iowa, and have been actively involved in the cattle industry for years. That upbringing shaped my work ethic, attention to detail, and appreciation for the value of land—not just as an investment, but as a way of life. I have a strong pulse on the farm and acreage market throughout Pottawattamie, Shelby, Harrison, and Cass Counties.

In addition to agricultural real estate, I have personally bought and sold homes, giving me firsthand experience with the buying and selling process. I understand the importance of clear communication, strong representation, and attention to detail—whether someone is purchasing their first home, selling a property, or investing in real estate.
