Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent more than 25 years with Green Hills AEA, where my work was centered on helping people—supporting caregivers, children, and professionals through coaching and evidence-based practices such as Family-Guided Routines-Based Intervention. At the heart of everything I did was a simple goal: to help others feel supported, capable, and confident during times of change.

That same heart for helping people is what led me into real estate. I am proud to be a Sales Associate with Turnkey Services Realty and am licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska, allowing me to serve clients across state lines. For me, real estate is not just about transactions—it’s about guiding people through important life decisions with care, patience, and integrity.

Throughout my career, I have been known as a strong advocate and a trusted resource. I take the time to listen, understand my clients’ needs, and work diligently to help them achieve the best possible outcomes. Whether I’m supporting a family, a first-time buyer, or a seller navigating a transition, my focus is always on service and doing what’s right for the people I work with.

In addition to working directly with families, I also designed and delivered professional development and training for staff, reinforcing my commitment to clear communication, consistency, and high-quality service—principles I carry into my real estate practice every day.

As I transition into real estate while approaching retirement from my long-standing career in education and family services, I’m excited to continue serving others in a new way. Helping people isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.

I grew up in Dunlap, Iowa, and have deep roots in the Boyer Valley area. I was recently married and now live in Elkhorn, Nebraska. I’m also a proud grandmother, and family and community remain central to my life.
